Miley, who's hard at work on a new album, has hired Brit's manager, Larry Rudolph, according to E! News. A source says, "Larry has the track record to handle an international pop star like Miley."

Miley reportedly will still be co-managed by her mom, Tish Cyrus.

Earlier this year, Miley signed with RCA Records for her new disc, which will drop later this year.
